Abstract Guidelines

Welcome to the webiste of the abstract submission of the SophI.A Summit 2020 Conference.

Abstract submission is now open and requires an user accountyou can use the same username and password you use to register on hal.archives-ouvertes.fr. Please click on the Login icon or if you do not have an account please first click on the arrow next to the Login icon and select “create an account”.

The abstract deadline is on August 31st, 2020. 

Abstracts must be written in English. They may contain novel data or refer to research contributions already published or presented elsewhere.

Accepted formats of your presentation include talks, posters, or demos.

  • Talk abstract should be up to 4,000 characters including spaces, with 3 to 5 bibliographic references. Authors may include one figure with a legend, in a PDF format. 
  • Poster abstract should be up to 2,500 characters including spaces, with 3 to 5 bibliographic references. Authors may include one figure with a legend, in a PDF format. 
  • Demo abstract should be up to 2,500 characters including spaces. Please note that demos of commercial AI tools will be not considered. Abstract should explain how the AI research tools applications raise new issues or important matters of public interest.

Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submission at the latest by September 25th, 2020. Please note you can track the status of your submitted abstract online.
